General

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before any work begins.  The balance is due upon delivery.
 

Legal Notes

All services accepted by Artistic Taxidermy can legally be processed by us in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana. Artistic Taxidermy Studio is not offering to sell items or services into States or Countries where prohibited by law.

Please note if you order items from Artistic Taxidermy Studio and you cannot possess them according to the laws in your State or Country, you will be responsible for any legal fees and penalties incurred. Check with your local Department of Natural Resources for their latest information.

     
      COPYRIGHT NOTICE

All works shall be copyrighted by Artistic Taxidermy Studio. Such rights will not be affected by the transfer of the work. Reprographic and derivative rights shall remain the property of the copyright holder. Commissioned taxidermy work will reserve the same copyright notations.
